Really nice place and reasonably priced. I've stayed in more expensive properties not nearly as nice. I do have more dogs than his typical limit but he worked with me to accommodate this. I will definitely stay again. One note, I didn't see a washer/dryer but assume it is in an area not accessible to visitors, but perhaps if you were a longer stay visitor you could work with the property owner on this.

Thoughtful host, amazing place

Gersson is incredibly thoughtful and has made this place outstanding. Great communication beforehand. The house is clean and well organized with labels and little reminders here and there. The kitchen is a gem with lots of the essentials for cooking and eating. We were in town for a funeral and very appreciative of the care he took for getting the place ready for us. Hope to stay here again on a much lighter note.

Scammed by host

If I could give the host zero stars I would. I payed to stay for one night. After I paid I was told there was no power at the property due to flood. Could NOT get in contact with host because I had poor signal. After I finally got in contact with the host and talked to him about the power he said I would be issued a refund. I called VRBO and told them about the situation. VRBO contacted the host, then told me the host said There was no power before I paid for the stay… which was false. That makes zero sense to book somewhere with no power…. So I filed a claim through VRBO and was told I would not be issued a refund. I will no longer be booking through VRBO EVER AGAIN. Hopefully this review stops someone else from being scammed…. I PAID TO STAY THERE AND NEVER STEPPED FOOT INTO THE PROPERTY…. I BASICALLY PAID JUST TO WRITE A REVIEW
