Not good and not clean at par with Vrbo quality.Sticky floor, bugs, unclean microwave, we wasted our money. Pet hairs on the carpet/floor.We booked for 2 nights bur checked out after 1st night. Don’t recommend this property.

Alex is amazing. Communicated quickly and efficiently. The house itself is fine, definitely not fancy but adequate. At first, the neighborhood was less than desirable. But being there on Friday and Saturday nights- no one was loud or bothered us at all. There’s no coffee pot and cooking was a challenge- but we managed. There’s like two burnt frying pans and some paper plates. We still figured it out. The garage is not useable don’t plan on parking your car inside. The beds are perfectly comfortable, we slept well. If you are expecting cute or fancy- this is not your stay. If you are expecting somewhere clean and safe to lay your head for the night- it’s perfect. Alex you need a coffee pot- thank you for being a great host.

This house was completely filthy. The host was called out to the home to solve the problem. He offered to clean it but it was already 7:30 pm. He then offered us to stay the night for free until we found another place to stay. We didn’t stay. I told him I had to have a shower before heading to the hospital for our son’s medical procedure and I was not taking one in the filth. Very frustrated and haven’t received a refund as of 3 days later. We were out the money to get another place to stay. What do people do if they need another place to stay and have already counted out for the stay and don’t have the extra? Frustrated with this host and VRBO both. The inconvenience this caused us and the hassle we had to go through to get this approved to be refunded was ridiculous. We had tons of pics to show support when we called. They even agreed it was unacceptable yet left it to the host to decide if they would refund us or if we were going to have to fight it. The host blamed the conditions of the home on another VRBO rental that he stated had a Halloween party there. I would argue that since the filth on the light switches are in the pics of the home listed on vrbo. Zoom in to switches before it gets pixelated and screenshot it and zoom in more. You will see that was like that before then. Also we had 3 people staying 3nites and we had 3towels . No working washer or dryer. There is NO cleaners, kitchen towels, rags, dish soap. 1 sm. pot and 2 sm. skillets. All kitchenware was paper
