Welcome to my beautiful three story townhome in the coveted Museum District/Medical Center of Houston. With three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a private garage for two cars, it is perfect for families or small groups of business travelers, sports enthusiasts, or those visiting NRG Park and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, Rice University or the Texas Medical Center. Inside, you will enjoy a refreshed interior, with a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV in the living room, dining for six at the table and four at the bar. New, comfortable furnishings on Brazilian hardwood floors and leafy views of the neighborhood.

The location is amazing, as it is within walking distance to Hermann Park, the Houston Zoo, the Children's Museum, and a short hop to all of the attractions of the area. NRG Stadium, home of the Houston Texans, is 3.3 miles South, and is accessible by car or light rail. Please explore this listing and reserve today. Midtown and downtown (Minute Maid Park and the George R. Brown Convention Center) are about three miles north of the house.

The house has a full kitchen, living area and half bath on the second floor. The first floor has a two car garage, a large bedroom with two queen beds and a full bath. On the third floor there are the master bedroom with full bath and a king bed, and a second bedroom with full bath and queen bed.

I have furnished the home to be both stylish and comfortable. The kitchen has dinnerware, cooking utensils, coffee service, and serving pieces for your use, with a microwave, oven, gas cook top, dishwasher and refrigerator.

Great Space, and location

I loved the location , it was clean, spacious. Felt great to wake up in the loft room myself. We had a pretty easy time getting around to locations because the home was centrally located. I would definitely stay here again if needed. We did have a couple hard times getting In the location because the wifi wasn’t working, having the garage opener was the saving grace. Having the garage for parking was a great plus in general. Thank you for the stay!

Houston Townhome

Our stay was amazing. The townhome is HUGE and accommodated our group perfectly. We were in town for a family wedding in the Museum District, and this beat staying in a hotel hands down. The beds were comfortable, there were 3.5 baths so no one in our group was waiting on the shower, and everyone had private space. Loved having the kitchen and gathering space to visit and hang out with everyone. Communication and checkin was clear with the hosts and the garage space was a plus. Super clean too!! Stay here!

Perfect for a short stay recovery!

Perfect location to walk in the park. Many young family’s and young professionals in a somewhat mixed neighborhood. Perfectly clean townhome, and a well stocked kitchen. Perfectly met my needs. Three levels may be a problem for some. Thank you!

Great stay in Houston

Wonderful stay at a beautiful house. Very well taken care of property Nice comforts and extras. Beds and blankets were cozy and comfy. Furniture was nice and well kept. Kitchen amenities were wonderful. Especially liked water bottles in fridge and coffee for the next morning. Would definitely stay here again!! We felt very safe and a nice quiet neighborhood. Thank you for a great stay!!

Houston Museum area stay

This is a lovely townhome in a quiet neighborhood in a great location, easy access to anywhere inside Loop 610 and walking distance to the best museums and to a light rail station. We really enjoyed our stay.

Another Great Stay!

Great location for families

The house was clean and awesome. It was surprisingly kid friendly with a step stool there. We brought our own pack n play but it looked like they had a pack n play and high chair there too. We loved that we could walk to the children’s museum. Our son got excited to see it each time we drove by it. If we ever find ourselves in Houston again we would definitely reach out to see if this rental is available again.

Large and Spacious Townhome

Great townhome, in a convenient location. Tons of space for a family of 4 (or more) with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The hosts were super responsive to our two questions. Would recommend and stay again should our travels bring us back to town!

Perfect for a work trip
