Located between Cypress Outlets, Katy MIlls, hospitals, and approx. 30 miles to downtown. Enjoy some time by the lake, the Boardwalk is only about 3 miles away; or take in a movie down the street.

A mixture of elegance and function, this apartment is perfect to relax or get ready for a business trip. The entire apartment is self-contained with a private entrance. The apartment entrance is in a courtyard and gives incredible privacy.

Exceptional stay! I have to admit I was nervous about staying in an apartment attached to someone’s house but I will definitely stay here 100 times over. Not once did I feel this was a guest apartment. Everything was so quiet and we felt like we were in a private residence. I got in late the first evening, around 10pm and it was such a nice surprise to see that breakfast was provided for the next morning. No running to the store late at night or wash the next day to get breakfast.

A Tranquil Home Away from Home!!

My mother and I stayed in this luxurious home for a graduation in Cypress and everything was perfect!!! The Host left us breakfast and a few items to make our first morning grand and comfortable! The home is decorated so beautifully, it has excellent WiFi, and all the little extras that go above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again ! Thanks so much Chris for an excellent stay!!

Wonderful spot with all the comforts of home!

The property had easy, private access. The host was very accessible and prompt with a request I had the first day. Even though his home was on the same property I never ran into him. So it felt very private! The property was as it appeared on the website. Clean and bright with all the comforts of home!Highly recommend.

Property as represented. Off street parking a plus as well as a nice neighborhood for walking. Host very responsive to the questions/needs we had. Quiet and comfortable.Would recommend and stay again if ever in area.

Convenient Location, Responsive Host

The description and photos of the property are accurate. This is a separate section of a house in a residential neighborhood of Cypress. My stay was very private, despite the rooms being attached to the house. Quiet, and conducive to working. The host was very responsive to any request or question via VRBO messaging. A selection of different milk, bagels, bread, and eggs were a nice touch to start my 30-day stay. I appreciated the coffee maker and filtered water as well. Parking is a shared driveway with the owners. The location is very convenient to the HEB grocery story, movie theater, and Lifetime Fitness.

My mom and I visited for a wedding and had a 4 night stay that was exactly what we needed. The property was perfect for us and in a great location. The host was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed so whenever I visit Cypress again I will definitely book here.

The best stay in cypress

I can’t say enough good things about this stay. Location was very nice. Near plenty of stores and restaurants. Cute, quiet, nice neighborhood. The hosts were so easy to get in contact with, very helpful, kind, and quick to respond. The house was amazing. Perfect size for a couple. Incredibly clean, perfectly furnished, and very welcoming. The hosts had additional blankets, pillows, bathroom essentials, and even stuff for breakfast stocked. 100% would recommend. Wonderful stay.

We were very happy with the cleanliness of our private guest apartment. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We truly appreciated the special touch of having toast/bagels, coffee and an assortment of milk products left there for us to enjoy! We will definitely stay here again.

Feels like home

We loved our stay! The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed a cappuccino every morning. The barista area in the kitchen is awesome. Chris was always very responsive and super helpful. We also loved the Alexas in the living and bedroom as we use them at home as well and we enjoy the music and convenience turning on the lights this way.The apartment is very nicely decorated and it really feels like a home away from home. Overall we highly recommend.

Chris and his family have created a comfortable and inviting apartment that is tucked in a cul de sac. Never once were we interrupted by the hosts and there was total respect of space and privacy. Chris and his family are incredibly accessible if something arises. I enjoyed the space and my experience and will be coming back.

Delightful and Charming

The apartment was very clean, and had nearly every possible convenience, and then some. We really appreciated the "starter" items like coffee, bagels, choice of milks, and condiments, to name a few, just to help us get our little trip off to a good start. We were very comfortable and truly enjoyed out stay.
