"The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!"

"We had fantastic stay in our corner city view room. The room was large with floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the shopping area. The location was perfect, close to everything. The staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. We caught the bus from Narita airport and it stopped minutes from hotel. "Great location for Ginza shopping. The layout is unusual but we like it. The island in the room accommodates the wash basin, refrigeration and desk . I was able to do work on the high stool provided. The well lit room is also an exception for five star hotels. We also enjoyed the free beverage and snacks provided at the reception. "

"Very kind staff, and spacious room by Tokyo standards. The hotel had a lovely bar and restaurant in the lobby, and we enjoyed the Expedia perks we were given - an unexpected and pleasant surprise.
