"A very cozy, private place. It beats staying in a hotel room and it was priced about the same or even less. We enjoyed just sitting on the front deck and having our wine & beer. No view, but very peaceful and private. It was clean and well attended. It is older style. The futon in the front room was too low to floor for us older folks, but we managed. "We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!"
