"Wow, stunning house and location! We had 11 adults in our group and it was a perfect fit. The views from the house were amazing and we were minutes from RMNP entrance plus only a short drive to Grand Lake. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. Kami was a FANTASTIC host and gave us great tips for trails, hikes and activities. The moose in the back yard was nothing short of incredible!!! Highly recommend, would love to come back!"

"We had 16 adults and 7 children in our group. We stayed in March (our spring break). This lodge was so wonderful for our group!! More than adequate bedding, wonderful kitchen area!! The kids had a blast outside, sledding and building a snowman. The game room was also a real treat for the kids.We had the best time, and in modt part was due to this place!! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation "

"Great property - gorgeous views! Really enjoyed our stay here. Kitchen was fully stocked and beds were comfy. Cleaning crew did a great job and the house had added comforts sprinkled throughout. Highly recommend!"

"I took my daughters for a weekwnd. First time for all. The condo is within walking distance to the lake and all the restaurants and shopping. Also we had a minor problem with a neighbor, and management handeles it immediately. We would stay here again!of us. "

"This is by far one of the nicest units we have ever stayed in. The location right by the river was so relaxing and we loved the soothing sounds night and day! The unit felt very spacious, clean, 10 minute walk to WP and we thoroughly enjoyed the wrap around deck. The rental company was very quick to respond and communication was seamless. We will definitely be back!"
