Loved every moment of this little getaway. The condo was just perfect. Very clean. The balcony was perfect for sunsets with cocktails and sunrise mornings with coffee.

Great stay

Our stay was better than expected. The views were amazing! The home was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The whole area was quiet, peaceful and relaxing with easy access to state parks nearby. Would recommend 100%!

Gorgeous view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The best part for us was the awesome view. It was so relaxing. We even got to see two eagles in a tree right below us. We would definitely go back.

Anniversary trip to Hot Springs

The wife and I had a wonderful time staying on Lake Catherine on the property. It was nice and quiet and very relaxing overlooking the lake. We watched the sunset and even spotted a bald eagle perching on a branch. We drank wine sitting out on the balcony watching some boats pass by. Highly recommend this place!

What a lovely stay!

This was a quiet yet not too remote perch overlooking Lake Catherine with stunning views, wildlife, and nearby trails in the state park up the street. We were there a week and easily could have stayed another. The management company, the neighbor who helped with everything, and the locals were TOPS! It was a beautiful vacation for resting and just hanging out! Loved it!

It was a quiet nice place to stay. Close to places I wanted to visit. The only thing that might need to be fixed was the sliding glass door in one of the bathrooms. It kept getting caught, when opening and closing.

Worth Every Penny

The pictures don't do it justice. We were thrilled with the view from the patio overlooking Lake Catherine. We even saw an eagle dive down & capture a fish. We would love to return!

Lovely view!

Very enjoyable visit, view is lovely, place was clean. Check in was a bit difficult as there was limited lighting at the after hours box to pick up keys. Could use a second bed side table in master and some of the kitchen pans have seen better days. Nothing that impacted our great experience. Would absolutely stay again.

The views, cleanliness, functionality, location, and rental cost make this property one of he best vacation values in the state of Arkansas, for sure!! The freshness of the air, the sunsets, and sounds of nature are exceptional from the balcony which overlooks lake Catherine and appears to be on the same level as the surrounding ouchita mountains. You will experience a rare personal type of support renting this unit, they are genuinely kind and considerate.
