The spacious living areas, fully stocked kitchen, and smart TVs add a touch of luxury to your stay. ***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.***

***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***

***If applicable: The outdoor sink is winterized from November to April and will not be operable during this time***

The house was perfect for our family getaway! We love to cook and enjoyed the well stocked kitchen! The area was peaceful, and quiet. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 6 of us and the grandbaby! There was a Christmas tree in the living room that added to our enjoyment. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! This place has everything you need! Beautiful property, plenty of space for your group to be comfortable, and a lovely deck! The hot tub was such a gift after a day exploring the outdoors. We were also impressed with how the great the hosts were at communicating during our visit! We would definitely come back if we are in the area again!

We had an amazing stay at The Hangout at Mimosa Point! Our family stayed for my sister’s wedding weekend, and this was the perfect retreat to help keep everyone relaxed. We had plenty of space and especially enjoyed the lovely 2-level patio and hot tub overlooking the lake. This home is very well cared for and has everything you need, including a well-stocked kitchen, to have the perfect lakeside retreat weekend. Highly recommend!

We had three small children on our trip and this was a perfect area for them to swim. Everyone enjoyed the fishing as well. The family area was huge and a great hangout spot for the whole family. Although we didn’t cook while there, the kitchen was well equipped with anything you might need. Thank you for a wonderful time!

After we got in…it was awesome!

The house is great, as advertised. All the descriptions are very accurate. The house was very clean, very spacious, seemed newly renovated. The ONLY complaint regards check-in and communication, response of the host. Check-in was NOT as advertised. I was told that check in on the day of was 4pm and it was made very clear that we were not to arrive early. I was told that, sometime on the day of check in, before 4pm, I would receive a code for the door. 4pm came and went and I did not receive a code. I never received the code. So starting after 4pm I called and texted the numbers that I was told to call in case of any problems and there was never a response. To this day, still no response. The only way we got in was that, starting around 4:15/4:20, one of our party started checking the doors to see if they were unlocked, and so finally the last door we checked was unlocked and so we entered and then everything was great after that. So, to the hosts, thanks for leaving the door unlocked, but, it would have been really nice to have been told this ahead of time. If you were going to change instructions, i.e., no door code, and so instead leave a door unlocked, well then you have a responsibility as the hosts to inform your guests. So, my advice to all who are looking at renting this property, I highly recommend it, but, just be sure to communicate with the hosts well in advance in order to confirm what procedures they plan to follow for check in.

We had a great time. It was very tranquil & relaxing. Exactly what we needed for our little gettaway! The home was spacious, clean & stocked well. There were only 4 of us this time. We will be back with the rest of our group for sure soon. Definitely a home away from homem

Beautiful house on the lake

This is the perfect 4 bedroom house on the lake. There are 2 bedrooms on 1st level and 2 bedrooms on lower level with a full size bunk bed in common area on lower level so could sleep 10. Very nice decor and very spacious living area. Everyone agreed the beds were comfortable. The huge covered deck has plenty of comfortable seating, tv, a grill and beautiful view. There is a poker table and shuffleboard. The host was quick with responses and wanted to ensure a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend and plan on staying here again.

Family Vacation Summer 2023

Our First visit to Hot Springs. The Hangout was perfect for us.Our group consisted of myself and my husband, my son, his wife and an 18 month old and 2 more 20 + yr old kids Plenty of room & beds for everyone. Most beds very comfortable. One bed upstairs was too soft for me but there were other options (variety of soft and more firm). All beds were quality. Hot Tub: loved! We brought our own kayaks and paddle boards. Using them along the coast and in the cove were nice. The upstairs porch was a great hangout for us with the baby, we could keep him on the deck without concern for him falling off or getting injured while we visited. Nice Grill Baby gate available for our use, able to place it at the top of the stairs while visiting and relaxing upstairs. The living room was large and provided great space for our grandson to play. Kitchen: good variety of cookware/some storage containers. My two sisters & families came for couple of dinners, there was plenty of space. Bring own spices & condiments Parking: Great!! compared to others. Two spots in the garage and a long sloped driveway, we were able to back our truck and trailer down, with room for another car. Driveway, easily fit 6 cars w/o trailer. Hot Springs Marina: pontoon rental Great service! Management Co: Quick Response w/ resolution. Well stocked: towels, TP, paper towels, trash bags, soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent, propane provided Check out Canary Nest by Digs very cute- sister stayed there.

Perfect girl friends getaway

4 large rooms with very comfortable beds. The sofa in the large game/family room is very comfortable. Double car garage makes safety a plus. Kitchen has EVERYTHING you will need. But the very best feature is the large covered deck overlooking a cove. Highly recommend!!!

Happy happy

A group of 8 women stayed at this lovely home. There was plenty of room, beds, and bathrooms. Lots of space for playing cards and gathering. Deck was super as was the TV room Lots to do on property: shuffle board, poker table, fire pit and hot tub. Everything was in tip top condition and the finishes & decorating was tasteful; up-to-date.First class accomodation.
