Cozy apartment but sketchy neighborhood

The interior of the house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with a few complimentary items provided. We arrived later than planned, and since it was already dark, we initially thought we might be in the wrong place; the exterior of the complex appeared a bit rundown and gave off a slightly sketchy vibe. Inside, however, the home was cozy and inviting, though there was a faint smell of humidity.A couple of things weren’t working (specifically the dishwasher and a sliding bathroom door), but when I reported them, the host responded immediately and offered to have them repaired during our stay. I chose not to have the repairs done at the time. Customer service was excellent—quick, friendly, and accommodating. Overall, my family and I had a great experience and truly enjoyed our time there. We’d honestly be happy to stay there again—it offered convenient and easy access to a variety of places.

Oaklawn Horse Racing

We were here for the weekend for horse racing. The apartment was quiet and a quick walk to the race track. The apartment was clean and furnished nicely.

pleasant home

Very attractive furnishings and comfortable. The owner was very responsive. The approach to the neighborhood was just okay, but super nice to have covered parking.
