"The time I called for my shuttle, Louise pick me up 10 minutes later. The staff was completely courteous. My room was fresh clean the bed was nice. I overslept and Muhammad at the desk turn the shuttle around to get me and because of that I did not miss my flight! They went above and beyond!"

I went back down and a different front desk attendant asked my name to look up my reservation and discovered the wrong room and floor was written on the envelope.
