"We had a hiccup when we checked in. The toilet had been clogged by either the cleaner or previous guest. The staff came up and fixed the issue. Later that night, the bathroom door was broken and locked my young son inside. After a few minutes, I was able to open it and free him. When we reported it to the front desk in the morning, Addi (phenomenal front desk agent) ensured that maintenance fixed it first thing. Within 15 mins, maintenance got it replaced. "Wonderful hotel. Very clean, nice comfortable rooms. Loved the layout and roominess of the rooms. Comfortable beds. Better than average continental breakfast. We called down to the front desk they sent someone up to spray. The other issue was the bathroom door was a pocket door and the handle was ripped off.
