"Desk staff was nice, efficient. A housekeeper had just cleaned it, was friendly and offered help if we needed anything. It was too late when we realized we only had one towel for two adults (oh, and the empty shampoo and conditioner bottles were still in the shower). "We did need to change rooms three times for different reasons out of our control- (1st-hot room/next the door would not open and had to get staff/3rd room ok. Beer bottle was frozen into the freezer and frosted al around it in one room so fridge would not work. The upside was the staff was accommodating, office girl was very apologetic due to all the issues we had. The outside of hotel looked good but the inside rooms were somewhat worn and old looking especially bathroom area and toilet...

"Stayed in Foley for a conference I attend annually. The pool was decent, as was the breakfast. Housekeeping takes up used towels during one visit each day, while dropping off clean ones at another time. They didn't always replace every piece of linen. I saw one of them dust mop the floor of another guest's room, but ours remained dirty the entire week.
