"At the price point we payed we fully expected dated and no amenities but not disgusting! The tub was so disgusting we put the bath mat INSIDE of it to stand on. The surfaces had traces of food and drink rings from the guest before us. Toothpaste splatters on the bathroom mirror from the guest before us. There was no toilet paper. The floors had visible bugs and hair and the bedding had rings. Directly upon arrival we went to the front office and told them the condition of the room and asked...

"This was an overnight stay with my boyfriend. Check in was probably the most efficient I’ve ever had. Staff were friendly, the hotel was comfortable and clean. The walls appeared to have been recently painted so the baseboards were being worked on…there was sawdust on the carpet in the hallway, no biggie. The room was nothing grand but was clean and quiet with everything in working order. The complimentary breakfast was typical of this chain except they didn’t have gravy. Again, no biggie. ...

"We preferred to have a burner cook top rather than being given upon request a well worn induction unit and only a coated fry that was scratched. We needed a cooking pot to boil eggs, but it wasn't available to work with the induction unit. Two tread mills avaliable in the fitness area and one was broken."

The breakfast menu was fresh - scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, hot oatmeal, sausage egg and cheese biscuits, cereal, fruit, fresh waffles, and juices and coffee. The indoor heated pool is great! Plenty of parking; and once you add in downtown OWA, it is a great place to stay."

"Shelly was very friendly and helpful. She has great customer service. The only thing I didn’t like was people staying in the hotel was beating on our door really loud and running around 2-3am multiple times. This happed both nights we were there. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay."
