"Stayed here with my partner for my first time in Denver. This hotel really made our trip. Staff was immensely friendly and helpful with navigating checking in after a delayed flight and getting into Denver in the middle of the night. Room was lovely and clean with housekeeping on top of cleaning our room every day of our stay. I cannot emphasize enough how lovely the staff here are. The hotel itself was in a great location with easy access to 16th St Mall and close to so many places in downtown....

"Loved this hotel! So cute, conveniently located and NO PARKING FEE, which is rare downtown. Loved the aesthetics, loved the bathroom mirror for doing my makeup and the kind bed was super comfy. The only possible downside was that the rooms are soundproof. I could easily hear conversations from people in the room next to me and in the hallway. Still good value for your money."

"Three men came to my door about a balance you pay at check out and treated me like I did something illegal. They were invasive and followed me to pay the balance immediately although I did not check out yet. The manager was stumbling on his words and seemed like he didn’t understand and actually gave me the incorrect balance. He lacked communication and confidence considering this was a small inconvenience but not even because I did not check out yet. I will not be returning. "
