"This group was made up of 7th-12th graders from our classical Christian school (and adults). Our school has a house system and has an ongoing competition, and this group of boys won! This house was selected for their retreat, and they thoroughly enjoyed the house and their time up north. The chaperones said the homeowners were easy to contact regarding access and if anything came up. Thank you for a great retreat! We would highly recommend this home for any large or small groups!!"

"Excellent.One suggestion:We didn't locate any tools for cleaning the gas grill. It was not clean when we arrived, and we struggled to clean it after our use."

"The house was gorgeous and the host was great! The layout is perfect for a group and the pool and backyard were amazing! Close to beaches and lots to do on property. It’s an amazing place and we had so much fun."

"We enjoyed our stay here! The host was very responsive and helped make our first time visiting Silver Lake a success! The campground is very clean with lots of amenities that kept us entertained when we weren’t off exploring the area! "

"Our extended family gathered at this wonderful property - it was the perfect place to relax for all ages. The indoor pool and beach were amazing. The house had a great floor plan for a large group - it made it easy for us to enjoy our week together."

"The location on the river is amazing. Even better than we expected. Pricing is on point. We found it very relaxing in the mornings to sit out front and have a coffee. In the afternoons it was fun to swim and watch the boats go by. We did some fishing and caught some bluegill and perch.The host were very friendly and had great communication. I would give the hosts & rental 10 stars if I could but it only allows me to give 5!"

"The checkin process was easy and the place was very clean and accurate to listing. We were able to find everything that we needed easily. We had a great time in the kayaks and really enjoyed the outdoor shower (which was so great to not track sand and dirt everywhere!). Plenty of games to play and movies to watch. The kids each had their own areas and were very comfortable."

"The Eagle’s Nest was an awesome place to stay for a week! The Blue Heron property was immaculate. The network of stairways was fun for our youngest to play hide and seek on. Three docks to fish from and plenty of beachfront. Even on the hottest days we could still find shade on the beach. The lake was great, not busy. 7 of us stayed and we were comfortable. Way worth the trip!"

"What a perfect little place for two people! We had everything thing we needed for a comfortable night's stay. Close to everything we wanted to do and see. We would definitely return in the future."

"We had a great time! Arrived late and found the property. Thankfully it was a well marked property and looks like the pictures! Make sure to take screenshots of the directions as you lose service as you approach the location so you have all the info you need to find house and get inside "

"This house was perfect for our yearly family gathering which included family from out of state. The interior is lovely and spacious with plenty of room for eight of us. Lots of room for cooking and well stocked with most necessities. The deck and yard need some attention but the view of Lake Michigan with access to the private beach outweigh those issues. We ended up spending our entire time at the house. No need to go anywhere else!"

"The house was nice. The property was comfortable for all guests to enjoy and we liked the privacy the property provided and it was quiet. The weather was excellent too"

"We enjoyed hiking through the woods. Even found some Indian pipe growing! Clean, plenty of supplies, games, and beds. "

"We came to visit the Silver Lake Sand Dunes but we had more fun hanging out at the rental!! The property is in a wonderful location! A park right across the street, the beach 5 minutes away, and a mini market with ice cream on the corner. Our family made great use of the kayaks, tubes, cornhole, and horseshoes supplied by the host. We had such a fun time my son wanted to rebook for July 4th but it’s already reserved. "
