"Overall the property is in a great location. It does need a little maintenance, but since it’s right in front of the beach I will say it’s difficult to maintain it. I also think they can put a little more effort in the cleanliness, some areas of the room were not 100% clean. The staff were amazing!! And the parking is not difficult either. Will recommend it for a weekend of fun. "

"Very nice location, 300 feet from the ocean. And at the same time it is far enough from restaurants with its noise. Stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, silverware, parking spot (for additional price though, but anyway), free WiFi - everything is as it suppose to be.. The only downside which can be mentioned is the sound insulation between the rooms. It definitely could be improved. Other than that - this is just the perfect place to spend your vacation. Recommend!"

"Rooftop amenities, food, and drink were excellent. Other amenities are also offered, but we did not use them. Our room was not just a room, but very much condo/apartment-like. We had an ocean and beach view from the balcony, which was nice. We stayed for just one night, as we scheduled the return flight from our cruise the morning after we we arrived in Port Miami. The rate was very reasonable, in my opinion, for the value that we received."
