Going on holiday with a large group? You will find a place for everyone in this mega modern house. Thanks to the multiple balconies, there is always a place to dream away in the sun or at the breathtaking views. The wooden details and modern finishes ensure ultimate relaxation. AND the absolute highlight of relaxation is found in the basement! Namely the wellness area where you can unwind in the sauna, large walk-in shower, drinking fountain, bathtub and lounge area!

The flat has a large terrace with its own large kettle barbecue.

schöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung mit 12 Betten ist sehr gut ausgestattet, jedoch bei voller Auslastung schwer vorstellbar. Einen Extrapunkt gibt es für die sehr guten Matratzen der Doppelbetten. Den Punkt ziehe ich für den fehlenden Insektenschutz wieder ab. Dass die Etagenbetten schmaler sind, wurde in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt. Lobenswert, dass alle Matratzen bezogen waren und so die Bettenwahl ohne Aufwand erfolgen konnte. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Herrn Mayerhofer ist optimal. Kleinigkeiten werden sofort erledigt. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Ferienwohnung mit schöner Aussicht. Deshalb die volle Punktzahl.

Familienurlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub genossen. Das Haus war für 12 Personen gut ausgestattet. Was uns gefehlt hat war die Möglichkeit zu waschen, da die Handtücher begrenzt waren und vor allen Dingen hatten wir nur 3 Geschirrtücher, was definitiv zu wenig ist. Da diese in der Beschreibung als vorhanden genannt waren, hatten wir keine mitgenommen. In den Bädern fehlten uns zudem Möglichkeiten die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Schön wäre es auch, wenn die Spülmaschine soweit bereit ist, dass kein Salz und Klarspüler gefüllt werden muss. Dies als kleine konstruktive Kritik. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in einem modernen gut ausgestatteten Haus.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Als ich dem Verwalter der Ferienwohnung geschrieben habe, wusste dieser leider nichts von einer Buchung, da die Agentur ihm wahrscheinlich nicht Bescheid gegeben hat... Doch innerhalb einer 1/2 h waren alle Zweifel mit Verwalter und Agentur geklärt. Der Check-in war sehr entspannt. Der Verwalter hat uns alle Räumlichkeiten usw. gezeigt. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut. Man hat scharfe Messer, große Töpfe, Pfannen und auch eine Auflaufform. Gewürze waren auch schon einige vorhanden. Bei der Sauna muss man mit der Bedienung etwas achtsam sein, aber an sich ist auch das einfach. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung. (PS: für den Winter ist auch ein Skiraum vorhanden)
