"We found it difficult to park - there was always someone else parked in front of our unit. Housekeeping did not come at all during our two night stay. We had to go and ask for clean towels. Rubbish was not removed during the two days. There was no coffee or tea. There is mould in the shower, and the shower leaked. The only thing we had to mop up the water on the floor was our used bath towels. The bed was very hard, and was two smaller beds pushed together to make a king, so not an actual King...

"The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful.
The only probelm was the curtains didnt close all the way and let a lot of the light in from neighbouring hotel/attractions.
There was also very loud noise coming from the resistance next door until 12. mid.ight and some work from possible machinery in the alley down from my window. I was on the 6th floor.
I didnt get a great sleep."

"Shower was blocked so would have to turn off the shower every 1min to let it drain because the water would pool out from the bottom of the shower into the rest off the bathroom. Shower around the bottom was dirty and bathroom. They do not supply any shampoo or conditioner like hotels usually would so I had to go purchase my own. "

"The property had a check-in time of 3:00pm, but, because my flight came in at 6:30am, my room was ready for me! So so grateful for that! Room was beautiful, and bed was SO comfortable. After a 21 hour flight, I was really happy about that."
