Very nice for our two Frenchie's. Big yard. Lots of room to roam. Very nice and quiet. Traffic on the road was very light. not sure if a single vehicle went over 20 MPH. The fishing dock was great. The fishing ... not so much. Did manage to catch some Flounder, Catfish, Croaker, Skates etc. Great ...

Tranquilily on the water
This property was the best equipped location I have ever seen. The kids and younger adults enjoyed the kayaks and all of us enjoyed the cornhole. My granddaughter caught three catfish, one flounder, and two turtles. She was thrilled. I would recommend this to anyone with kids or are kids at heart. ...
