"When we finally got checked in at 6:30 PM, receiving an email earlier that our room would be ready earlier than the 4 check in the only thing clean was the bedding thankfully. Note on the mirror said rooms cleaned every 2 days. Not true. If it wasn't for such great weather where we could stay on the beach all day I would have gotten a refund and booked elsewhere. "I loved the ocean front room and balcony. The pools and property were clean and the landscaping and flowers gorgeous. The view from balcony was breathtaking. The umbrella and chair rental was in my opinion high ($60 daily) and that was a drawback for me since I love the beach but we did manage to sit by the pools each day after. I thought I booked before school let out but evidently Florida school let out in May. A lot of families with children who never used the splash pool which looked...

"False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend"
