"We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff very friendly and helpful,food excellent, room spotlessly clean, would definitely return. Only issue for me with mobility issues was climbing into big bathtub with overhead shower and no grab handle! My fault should have enquired prior to booking! Cranbrook proved to be an excellent choice for visiting many places on my 'to do' list."

"The Mermaid Inn is a special place. So much history around every corner. It's a really gorgeous setting, with period detail throughout. "Overnight stay and booked two rounds of golf. Lovely setting, communal ateas and rooms are a bit tired but clean and pleasant, There was no air con in rooms and it was very warm. "Situated within picturesque scenery which instantly relaxes the visitor. The parking area was substantial with spaces very close to the accommodation. I had a lovely ground floor room with air conditioning which was required on such a warm, humid day.
