"It was clean, staff was pleasant, helpful and friendly. My 3• was for a very tiny room, it was very cumbersome to use the bathroom sink, my head touched the overhead cabinet, when I bent my neck to brush my teeth. The ac minimally cooled at maximum. Was not a busy street."

"View of Lake Lucerne was amazing -great windows and balcony facing the lake. Free bus fare within Lucerne was very helpful. Breakfast was great. The door to the room stopped working (it did not lock) and was not repaired during our stay - communication with 3 different staff members about this issue was not very helpful."

"Very easy (SHORT) walk to/from the circle line (from airport terminal). Flavored water by the check-in desk, take a glass or two for your room (one tall plastic glass is provided in the room). Appreciate the box for keys by the door for convenient checkout. Staff at front desk very courteous, friendly and efficient. Note - the Italian pizzeria place next door will serve you a drink before telling you that each person of your party must order a meal or they will not allow you to eat there. ...

"Stayed 1 night in May 2026. Location was ok - we took bus from train station to Casino-Palace stop and then walked the remainder. Hotel is located up hill and could be difficult to access by foot with heavy luggage. Room was a good size and had beautiful panoramic views of the lake and city. No air conditioning, but with windows open and using provided fan, we were comfortable. Would have preferred to receive Lucerne visitor pass prior to check in so we could have used it for the bus ride...

"Room was spacious, good shuttle (bit full) and close to a Subway outlet. Small restaurant in hotel looked reasonable but ate at Subway. Close to airport."

"It’s a very good property than it is very close to the airport and they offer a shuttle to the airport in the morning for a Price I don’t know why they hotels having such a International people arriving Daily. They don’t have too many TV channels in English. there was something very important in that is that they were machines working construction next to the hotel all night long with making a horrible noises that make it very difficult to sleep."

"the hotel had free airport transport which was much appreciated. you do need to reserve your spot or the return to the airport. we had a good dinner at their restaurant. the pillows were awful and flat. tried folding them over too."
