"This hotel is GORGEOUS! We stayed on the 3rd floor and lived our room. Very spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, very clean and decorated beautifully. The history of that building made it even more awesome. The bed, towels and linens were very nice and the room came with a blow dryer and steamer to iron clothes. In the morning, they drop of pastries, fruit, juice and coffee’s which were complimentary. Their onsite bar is cozy and the bartenders were great. While we didn’t eat there, the food...

"What a beautifully restored Victorian (?) mansion! We spent 2 nights while visiting Bethlehem for our grandson’s Army commissioning at Lehigh University ‘s ROTC department. Our room, #12 was beautifully furnished with antiques and had a fireplace. The bed was very comfortable.with ample pillows. We look forward to staying there again next time we visit Bethlehem."

"It was an amazing experience staying there. I was there for a concert so it convenient, room was clean, beautiful, on a quiet floor. There was lots to choose from for food, you had an option of a free drink at the bar near the lobby (my espresso martini was delicious)! I felt safe and everyone I interacted with were helpful and friendly. I can’t wait to come back!"

"We had to ask for our room to be cleaned after it wasn’t cleaned the second or third day. The breakfast isn’t terrible—lots of options, but those scrambled eggs need help. Both bartenders are the BEST. We literally stay at this hotel because of them."

"I called specifically to book a certain room and my reservation room was moved without any confirmation. I have allergies and I like to cook food for myself when I’m away - but the room I was given did not have a kitchen even though I called specifically to book that type of room. When I alerted the front desk about this, they said it was “ someone new” who moved me and there was nothing they could do. I could hear the entire phone call of them talking about me and it was super uncomfortable...

"Bathroom was a disaster! Bathtub literally had a 1/4 pound of dirt in the tub! I took pictures! A small towel and soap was placed on rim of tub! So whoever made up bathroom had to see it! After someone came into bathroom to clean it.. he used two used towels and a bottle of some cleaner to get rid of the dirt! I had to run shower to get rid of whatever chemicals in the cleaner .. and the drain was clogged enough to have 3 inches of water in it as I was showering! Lastly .. not one person...

"The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. Outside the hotel, for several hours a night, cars drove by with modified mufflers, revving their engines and playing loud, reverberating music. It was so disruptive to any sense of peace and quiet, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 2 AM. Really nice place, but will not return due to the street activity and noise."

"1. Upon arrival, valet service was unavailable. When I called reception for guidance, I was directed to park in a random parking garage nearby. As a guest unfamiliar with the area, I had to walk alone for approximately 10 minutes at night carrying my belongings, which felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. 2. The hotel had run out of drinking water entirely. No bottled water was available anywhere. I have honestly never experienced a hotel being unable to provide...
