When I brought it to the staff’s attention he told me to go to the community bathroom, get a plunger and plunge the toilet myself. The front desk told me to keep the plunger in my room for the duration of my stay because he knew it would happen again and he would be up later to drop me off a zip it tool so I could snake and unclog the sink myself! "This hotel would’ve been awesome back in the day! It has a very old world European feel with all the opulent dark wood work. We stayed in a suite which was very large with two bathrooms and lots of room to spread out. The breakfast was ok and the condition of the property was dated and worn. They are in the process of renovating the first floor. Once the hotel is fully renovated, it will be a great place to stay. The bed was very comfortable and we rested well. "The room was just what I need, which was a place to sleep for the night. Unfortunately the halls smelled of POT being smoked in one of the rooms. For it being smoke free it sure wasn’t really smoke free."

"The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke...

"Hotel was clean and in central location. Limited amenities like tissues, shampoo/conditioner, no ice makers, and needing to ask front desk for blow dryer. It’s more of an extended stay hotel, however, certain amenities are still expected as a hotel. Walls were thin and you could smell food being cooked from other rooms which wasn’t ideal, however, price was right and it as a great place for a night."
