"I rented the penthouse with hot tub, and when I got there the room they took us to was a penthouse no hot tub. I showed my itinerary and they even told me to call Expedia to show them what I purchased and Maria wanted to argue that it wasn’t what I choose and that she was the manager. I again called Expedia to send me over the amenities included and sure enough the hot tub was on the booking. It took 2 hrs for us to get in the correct room. There was no need to argue about what I did or didn’t...

"Perfect location within walkiing distance to many restaurants. Very clean and secure with a great rooftop bar/restaurant. The only negative feedback is that I was I needed a late check out for noon which is only 1 hour and was told yes by the night reception but the day reception told me $40 until 2pm and was not nice about it. "

"This was my second visit, and just like the first time, the staff exceeded all expectations—they were truly outstanding. The facilities were consistently clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The oceanfront tents are absolutely unbeatable. "My room was clean and tidy, every thing function well and all the staff were friendly and efficient. And the location suited perfectly with the grocery within couple hundred metre away."

"The place is decent I booked two apartments. Upon checking in the receptionist on the evening of Sunday April 20th 2025 lacks customer service. My buddy and I walked into the office and she carried on with her conversation like she did not see us though I acknowledged her when I walked in. "A+ is my assesment of this accomidation. The owner/renter went through great lengths to make my stay comfortable. Communication was excellent, the property condition was excellent. It has a full kitchen with every appliance needed! The bedrooms were excellent with a tv in every room, AC in every room and comfortable linens. "Great place had everything we needed in an apartment for a productive stay . Rosa was great at front desk . Beach could be better but overall peaceful. Be aware they charge an electricity fee upon arrival , didn’t know that until we checked in . Overall a nice place in front of beach and gated and close to shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere no need to uber / taxi unless excursions ."
