I rented the penthouse with hot tub, and when I got there the room they took us to was a penthouse no hot tub. I showed my itinerary and they even told me to call Expedia to show them what I purchased and Maria wanted to argue that it wasn’t what I choose and that she was the manager. I again called Expedia to send me over the amenities included and sure enough the hot tub was on the booking. It took 2 hrs for us to get in the correct room. There was no need to argue about what I did or didn’t purchased especially being our first time there. Our concierge was kinda annoyed by the whole situation but after we got settled in the correct room it ended up being great!! Lack of customer service skills for sure. The beach and workers there were great!
