"We stayed 4 nights. Location was great but since we stayed less than 6 nights they didn’t do room service which was sort of a let down. Having to wash your towels and stack bags of garbage was not the greatest but it’s a limited staffed counter with remote check in/check out access so just be prepared with that in mind. There was one staff at the counter in the mornings but we didn’t have much interaction with him. Oh, and be prepared for the loads of laundry to take several hours to...

"Randor was a great place to stay for a family of 4. It was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed. Throughout or trip we often went to the grocery store to pick up ingredients to cook something up. We loved the small kitchenette and the sitting area to eat! It was a super peaceful place to reside in Kyoto. Highly recommend to other families."

"The Nol Hotel was very easy to get to from Kyoto Station and it is centrally located- close to the Nishiki Market and the busy shopping district. We loved walking around the neighborhood, exploring the shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. We really liked the small lobby and enjoyed making origami animals with the colorful paper provided.
The washer/dryer worked well once we google translated the directions. The directions from the QR code were complicated and not helpful. I...
