"The place was fine. Kitchen is very basic…only one fork that I could fine. Lol. It was fine for me because I was the only one staying and didn’t mind washing the fork. I also wish an hair dryer was provided. Otherwise, exactly as advertised. "

"We had no heat for the entire stay- it was below 20 on some nights and we were freezing. We messaged some agent over and over and they kept having us trying to troubleshoot. Then they said they sent a technician which they did not. I never got anyone on the phone to speak to. They just kept texting me. I thought I was texting a bot.
Overall, the room was nice and spacious, and the decor was lovely however, the television only faces too awkward dining room chairs versus being able to...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rachel’s beautiful home, which was not only incredibly charming and clean, but also perfectly located in walking distance to restaurants and shops in Marblehead’s old town. It happened to snow the first night of our stay, and we were pleased to see that she made sure her outdoor porch and steps had been promptly shoveled and salted. I would highly recommend Rachel’s place to anyone visiting Marblehead! "

"Definitely mold, one guest who had a mold allergy couldn’t breathe properly there. Old contact lenses and nose ring were left from previous guests. You block other tenants in the off street parking so if someone needs to get out, you have to get back from the city to move your car. Heat definitely did not work. Only positive was the location, "
