The only complaint that I have is that our room was so hot and we got there at night ready for sleep, but the AC unit barely blew out air so it did take about 3 to 4 hours for...

"We killed several bugs in the room before leaving. Even several cockroaches. They were friendly and helpful but it was too much for me."

The beds were comfortable, really good water pressure in the shower, and convenient ice machine on our floor. Overall the place was clean and staff was friendly! The only complaint would be that the vending machine on our floor was out of order, but we didn’t need it anyway."
