"I love staying at Sheridan. I had a little problem understanding the lady at front desk and I had to pay for water for 3 dollars and change that I did not know was not free water. I also ended up paying 285 for my stay and gave them an additional 250 as security. They sent someone to check the room before I left before giving me back my security deposit. Not sure I would stay there again but I would not say don't go there. Otherwise it is a lovely place in terms of decor "

"We were pretty pleased with the room. However I would suggest putting a kettle into the apartment style rooms. We bought mr. Noodles from the lobby and had to boil water in a pot on the stove. A simple small kettle in the cupboard like the toaster would have been amazing. Took half hour for the pot to boil our water. We also waited 3 days for our room to be cleaned and when the housekeeper came only made our beds and gave us new towels. She didn’t take the dirty ones, didn’t clean our bathrooms...

"Great choice for a short stay! The location is perfect, just a few minutes' drive from Highway 7 and its endless variety of great Chinese restaurants and dim sum. The hotel interior is clean, and the free outdoor parking is very convenient. My only minor issue was the sofa bed springs, which were a bit noisy when turning over at night. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto for the food scene!"

"In the morning you could hear every person in the building through the walls, very loud and very early. We stayed for one night and there’s a sign in the washroom stating that house keeping comes every other day of your stay, so I didn’t bother with a do not disturb sign because we were checking out the next morning. However, house keeping walked in on our room twice before our 11 am check out time. They did knock but the hall ways were so noisy already that I didn’t realize they were knocking...

"Great price point for rooms, especially with a jetted tub. Free continental breakfast which is perfect. My room had a weird smell.. Couldn't tell what it was. The bed was comfortable "

"Front lobby and main floors are nice and updated. Unfortunately the hallway to our room and other floors are banged up walls and definitely need a paint job or occasional touch up. It’s very bad to see that. Bathroom need an update in the shower very avwrage for such a nice location. Also Average Continetial Breakfast but stuff is extremely friendly from checking in to breakfast room and Checkout. Convenient parking garage. "

"Room was fine. Clothes closet is awkward and small. Shower wall has clouded glass in the bedroom and shines light into bedroom when on. Wall seem thin and sounds could be heard between bedroom and bathroom."
