"Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel"

"Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice.
You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive.
Overall wonderful stay."

Ohne das Personal wäre es eine ganz andere Erfahrung gewesen. Dank des Personals war der Aufenthalt erträglich. Vielen Dank dafür!"

"Overpriced and outdated. Not a 4-star experience anymore.
This hotel might have earned 4 stars at some point, but those days are long gone. For the steep price they charge, the overall experience was a major letdown.
To start, the front desk host was incredibly sullen and gloomy. At these rates, a welcoming and friendly attitude should be the bare minimum. Adding to the frustration, absolutely nothing is included. You are hit with expensive daily fees for both breakfast and parking. Just the...

"Would not recommend. The listing doesn't reflect the current condition or sketchy area surrounding the home. I rented this for.my elderly parents. The lock box would not open upon arrival just before dark. The owner didnt respond for over an hour so my parents left due to not feeling safe in the area at dark. Additionally the property did not look maintained at all with overgrown weeds coming through the porch and stairs, deteriorating boards on the porch, flimsy/unusable patio furniture on...
