"I was on an plane from DFW to SLC, when she messaged me due to a double booking. I don't believe that was the cause. Not only was I in route, but my elderly father and mother (80's), sister from LA and other sister from Colorado. Talk about untimely and unprofessional, especially after already being paid in full. I would never do business with this person and would encourage everyone not to as well."

"Overall an amazing stay. Quiet, clean, and beautiful space. Only thing that could be approved is none of the passwords or passcodes to the door lock or wifi was correct. Communication was just ok they answered about the wifi password days after we left. We also had to leave the apartment unlocked when we left so all of our possessions were unsecured. If they tighten up the communication this would be a 5 star! Oh they had like a billion towels which was so nice of them. And a small stay present...

"The house was very clean and in a good neighborhood. Comfortable furniture, plenty of towels and bedding, and easy parking. My only complaint is that several things were in a state of broken, but still technically functional as long as you were careful. Towel rack, toilet paper holder, shower head, door latch (although we didn’t end up using that room, so it didn’t matter too much), and the screen in one of the windows. We also had some minor issues with the way the garbage situation is handled....

"The property was super close to I15, so it was easy to zip around salt lake city, but it was in a cozy area where you could walk around Lehi. I would definitely recommend"

"We came to Utah to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation snd bridal shower. We had a few family members rotating in andnout and Kandess was so accommodating and flexible with all our comings and goings. The property was beautiful and perfect for our needs over out 12 day stay! Will definitely stay here again."
