"Room not that clean. Bathroom fan didn't work. Some mold on bathroom. Smoke alarm went off early in AM. False alarm. Overall property in disrepair. Staff disinterested. First time staying at a Premier Inn and probably my last. "

"Nice hotel, very practical and has everything you need. Had to pay for parking as we didn’t book directly. Staff ok - lady at bar lovely. Pool’s a bit tired too but great to have one. Weren’t allowed to buy from children’s menu unless we bought an adult meal - which seemed like a missed opportunity to make some money for the hotel. "

"Lovely place to stay, high quality. Accommodated us with a takeaway breakfast as we had to leave earlier than the scheduled breakfast time. We had an evening meal in the pub which was superb. A slight bit of noise from the pub in the room during working hours but only to be expected, very quiet otherwise. Definitely would stay there again 👍"

"Had a great stay atvyhe Hurtwood. Found it by chance. Great village with plenty of walking direct in to the Surrey Hills as directed by the lovely lady who checked us in. Room very comfortable with fresh milk provided. We found the car park easy for a big car, but would not be so easy in season I think. Dinner in the bar was excellent and good portions. Breakfast cooked to order also great. Will go again. Thank you."
