"Great hotel, super nice staff that went out of their way to be helpful. The elevator made a weird noise at the top when it was about to stop. The doors were extremely heavy making it a little hard to open easily or close softly. Breakfast was good but not great in options. A little bit of garbage on floor but nice clean room and new looking."

Talked to the receptionist about these to see if we could change our room, but she insisted that the fan was working, just quietly, and the air conditioner was dealing with the heatwave. "The staff was amazing. Very professional, and polite. It is hard to find such wonderful customer service in most industries these days, but these ladies were all above spectacular...... The Hot tub was not working, but the pool was. A little chilly, but refreshing.... Room was clean...."

It was clean and comfortable otherwise. The towels bothered me the most. The staff were super nice which made up for some of the shortcomings."
