"I unfortunately did not have a good experience at this property. I was placed in a room that did not match my booking on Expedia, no linen/ bedding and the communication was very poor at the properly. I had to escalate to Expedia for help and support. "

"The location is great. We loved having the Old Fleece pub next door. The amenities are nice. The biggest issue with this accommodation is the lack of air flow. It can get warm and stuffy in warmer weather. There are no windows, and keeping the door open at night was not an option for us."

"A good spacious apartment with easy access for parking, excellent bed, TV and shower. Apartment would really benefit from a freezer section in the fridge, oven (or microwave which you can use as an oven) and more utensils (decent sharp knife, tin opener, kitchen towel, bin bags etc) but overall very good. I've stayed here before in a different, better equipped apartment and would definitely recommend it. Check in is very quick and easy and the parking is super convenient. Thanks for a good stay."

"Good spacious one bedroom apartment. Booked for 2 adults and 1 child, but not clear that no bed or sofabed is provided for the 3rd person. Mattress and bedding can be provided for additional fee. Early check in subject to availability. No messages responded to via hotel.com messaging service however when rang apartments directly the member of staff was extremely helpful. "Terrible directions to the property. WiFi didn't work (router damaged) and TV cable couldn't connect due to damage, so no terrestrial viewing either. Absolute rip off for price paid. No response from property management. Floors stained and property in overall shabby condition."

"The room was pretty dirty and didn’t feel like it had much of a clean before we arrived.
The shower was terrible, no water pressure if someone has had a shower before you, no space if you’re moderately tall, and no space width wise either. They didn’t provide enough soap/shower gel for more than 1 day for 2 people.
The room was quite cold and we couldn’t figure out the heating.
The staff replied quick and check in was simple however the last night an alarm was going off from the hours of 3.30...
