"The room was clean and spacious, but unfortunately the bedding had stains, and the toilet, bathroom, and floors were not cleaned. The bath drain was also blocked, something the hotel already seems aware of, as I later saw similar complaints in online reviews. It was disappointing to realise we had been given a room with an issue that had clearly been reported before. The staff were also quite unfriendly and unwelcoming. "You get what you pay for! The bedroom has seen better days and not in good condition. Sink was full of cracks which have been there a long while looking at the colour of them. Same again with the shower tray. Breakfast was very basic and the staff didn't seem or want to notice that both juice dispensers were empty and the food plates needed refreshing. If I need to stay in the area again I won't be going back."
