"A great stay. Three floors up, no lift was ok. (Carpet was not vacuumed properly as there were shards of glass on it.)"

It’s a resort NOT a hotel. The stuff is GREAT! Beatrice helped us a lot. The room is nice, breakfast is good!!!! It is just so good! "

"Stayed in the one bedroom apartment very well appointed for a long-term. Stay excellent breakfast. Restaurant was closed for dinner, so can't comment on that only complaint would be. Spa needs to be open later at night."

"Excellent location (pubs, shops, restaurant, museums), facilities (I washed and dried all of my holiday clothes the night before I went home), local transportation. Only downside is that there's a karaoke bar at a weekend 5 doors away until 2am :("

"It was a good place to stay. It was very easy to park and the rooms were clean. I checked in much later than expected and the host left the keys for me in a box which I found difficult to open. I didn’t see any staff during my stay, but everything was clean and tidy. "
