"Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. They were on their phones or busy eating food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. "Stayed here for a night to transfer my grandson. Expected nothing but clean - no amenities. Front desk was really nice and responsive. Stayed on 2nd floor which smelled like weed. To the point the window was open at the end of the hallway until the following morning. Left dead bolt in door to get ice and it wouldn't retract. Front desk stated it was an electrical problem and gave me a work around. Opened refrigerator and it literally fell on the floor. Still working lol. Nightstand lamp sockets...

"The stay would have been better had it not been for a blackout that lasted for multiple hours. We were told we could get a full refund if we chose to leave however there was no compensation if we chose to stay. I was in the process of leaving after going up and down 4 flights of steps when the power came back on close to 11pm. I was too tired to drive home and afraid the weather could impact the drive so once the power came back I stayed. You would think the hotel would have a back up generator...
