My main issue was the bed, even with a mattress topper it was hard. The mattress topper was also too short for the bed, so the pillow sank towards the headboard. "Had to click on something to get to this part of the review. Never actually stayed at the hotel, but spoke to a lady called Catherine who was brilliant! We had to cancel due to family commitments, but good old Expedia wouldn’t refund as they said I was too late to do as, but I took out the cancellation cover with them which said I could cancel up to the 3/5, but they thought different. I will never use Expedia again. You need to speak to people not robots!!"

"We stopped here for 3 nights to be near a venue we were attending.The staff very helpful The room was comfortable, clean with a walk in shower . Tea and coffee and hair dryer in the room . Would definitely book again if in the area."

"The Ibis budget was relatively cheap. There was no coffee/tea making equipment in the room. Instead there were coffee/tea facilities hidden away on the first floor. The room key stops working if you put it near your phone. You need to use your key to make the lift work, but then again the lift does not always work, even with the key. If you want decent facilities at the airport you will need to spend more. If you want a bed for a few hours and don’t expect much, then you will be happy."
