"Nice clean room. Really big bathroom Very hot but it was a hot evening outside The check-in was weird because we were asked to pay £5 for parking which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking process. Considering it’s a motorway services accommodation, there’s really no choice unless we parachuted in. The hotel should have the honesty to include it in the price at booking."

"Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. "

"Good : Easy to find, great comms, generally very clean indeed, quality of bathroom (great shower) and general decor far exceeded my expectation. Bad : False fire alarm at 4.30am, used underwear and socks from.previous guest in a drawer."

"Decor in hotel and our room was a little dated. Scuffed and chipped paint in places. Otherwise clean. Quiet night’s sleep although mattress needs replacing as springs are have compressed a lost some of their resistance. Lovely grounds and beer garden."

"Great property, very quiet location, lots of golfers on the coarse so guess its good to (not a golfer). Food was amazing (though a little pricey) and the staff were incredible. With a nice bonus of a live act in the bar on Saturday night. The only let down was the pool etc. Locker rooms in need of some TLC, the pool was absolutely freezing and the steam room didnt seem to be working. All in all though a nice hotel, in a quiet area to get away from it all. "

"Breakfast menu very good, evening meals menu average but well cooked. I struggled with steps outside could have done with a slope, also no lift again struggled with stairs. Staff professional and pleasant, rooms good. "

"Overall this hotel is in a great location if you are attending an event at resorts world, and given that I would put up with it again, but I wouldn't stay at this property if I didn't have a need to. My main issue was the bed, even with a mattress topper it was hard. The mattress topper was also too short for the bed, so the pillow sank towards the headboard. Additionally the sheets were too short for the bed and spring free throughout the night. This resulted in me catching a glimpse of the...
