"Unfortunately the host accidentally double booked this property and our group did not find out about it until we arrived. They offered to partially contribute to a hotel stay for us, but unfortunately the closest hotel was still about an hour away. "

"This house is everything it says it is. Out of the way but a great place to get together with friends and family to make new memories. It rained one of the days we’re there but that was fine because there was so much room and things provided in the house that we didn’t even notice! Management was excellent"

"The location is a beautiful part of Virginia mountains on the creek. As described, this is “glamping,” so be prepared to rough it a little. I will note that there are multiple similar cabins on the property within sight and earshot of each other. Our only issue is that we seemed to have gotten a different cabin than the one pictured."

"The cottage is exactly as advertised, but the outdoor area is even prettier than in the photos. The covered patio is perfect for hanging out, and the river is beautiful. A bald eagle flew right by us! The nearby parks are great if you like to walk."

"House is located in a beautiful"

"My husband camped in the George Washington National Forest for many years until giving that up for health reasons. I found this sweet guest house, which was perfect for us and our dog Cookie. The decor is enchanting and the place was spotless. Michelle was friendly and welcoming, and she thought of special touches to make the visit a great experience. Although the kitchen facilities were limited, we used the mini-fridge and microwave to prepare a nice dinner that we ate at the cute kitchen...
