"Easy check-in. Clean spacious room with comfortable bed and plenty of pillows, and lots of plug-ins for electronics. Staff was friendly and helpful with getting us an extra blanket. Plenty of parking. Excellent breakfast! - so many choices, and all the food was hot and fresh. We especially liked the automatic pancakes maker and 24/7 coffee bar."

"There were darkish blotches on the ceiling above the bed, which were very noticeable and quite distracting. The room was clean, but that diminished the feeling of clean. I showed the desk clerk and the cleaning staff the smudge and recommended they bleach it or clean it somehow. The desk clerk was apologetic and said they'd take care of It. I hope they do for their own sake. I always look at reviews before I book. I told them that too."

The walls had some visible areas where paint touchups are needed and had a weird ceiling light above the dresser but other than that it's a nice, affordable place to stay. Close to many of the places we wanted to go to, especially the Outlet."

"We tried to cancel our reservation because our greyhound bus was cancelled. We did not stay. We bought insurance but they did not offer us the cancellation request on Friday June 5 since it was 1.5 hours after check in time. Horrible customer service"

"1.5 hours to check in, free breakfast ends at 9:30, 3 out of 4 gates to the pool locked permanently. Balcony door was virtually unable to open or close. Shower head was at chest height so washing our hair was a joke. TV made no sense. No clock in the room at all. No glasses. Towels were like sandpaper. Horrible landscaping plant some grass seed and pick up the trash. Way overpriced for what you get."
