"It was alright, breakfast was lack luster but room was clean, cable was unplugged and I had to reconnect it for our tv to work. Rooms AC was also off so the room was horribly hot. But beds were made and room was clean and they booked us at last minute notice due to a tornado while we were camping"

Plenty of parking. Excellent breakfast! - so many choices, and all the food was hot and fresh. We especially liked the automatic pancakes maker and 24/7 coffee bar."

"Breakfast was good - - a variety of different things. Rooms were clean. The walls had some visible areas where paint touchups are needed and had a weird ceiling light above the dresser but other than that it's a nice, affordable place to stay. Close to many of the places we wanted to go to, especially the Outlet."

"Very clean hotel. Our room had some drainage near the ceiling as if a past guest had a carbonated dark beverage explode and get all over the wall. This may have been unnoticed by housekeeping. Otherwise very clean. The vent in our bathroom didn’t work so it ended up a bit humid in the room. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast of egg, potatoes and turkey sausage. Cereal, oatmeal packets, fruits and muffins were a nice option! Overall would stay again!"

"We tried to cancel our reservation because our greyhound bus was cancelled. We did not stay. We bought insurance but they did not offer us the cancellation request on Friday June 5 since it was 1.5 hours after check in time. Horrible customer service"

"Waited 2 hours in line to check in. Patio door on balcony was almost impossible to open and close. Coffee maker in the room was missing the basket. Neighbors in the next room and above were so loud kept us up all night. No clock at all in the room. Microwave and pools were dirty. Very overpriced for what we got. Will not be staying there again."
