"The hotel itself is fine, it's in a convenient location, but also a very busy shopping area and it overlooks Costco. The rooms and amenities were all good. It was clean, the bed comfy, the hot tub and pool were nice. The restaurant experience was less than ideal. They clearly didn't have enough staff. It took our party of 7, 3.5 hours to get our drinks and food. Thankfully we didn't need to be anywhere or we would have had to leave. I don't think I would stay here again but it served it's...

"You should provide free parking for guests. The supposed free outdoor parking was a crummy gravel lot that was far away. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen for cooking, we had to ask for dishes. They said they didn't provide toasters until I told them it was in the Expedia listing, then they did find one. Nice hotel but basic customer service."

"Location is absolutely beautiful, although a little isolated. Staff was amazing, our only complaint was the cleanliness of our suite. There was a ton of hair on the couch, and across the floor. The tub and bathroom floor were also not very clean. "

"We were bikepacking around Vancouver over the long weekend. Before and after our stay at the inn we were able to leave a bag which was very kind and allowed us to see lots of local sights. The breakfast was great, especially the coffee and pancakes. Highly recommend this place."

"It was a lovely experience. If you're looking for something quirky, with character and an incredibly friendly staff, this is your place. Ideal location, old English charm, lots of corners and nooks to have a seat and enjoy a quiet moment, and you can even ask the staff to keep a couple of food items in their fridge for you. The look of the place is old, the floors and slanted, but it's all part of the charm. Two small comments though: 1) there's no mini fridge in the tiny rooms (double side bed)...

"Lovely hotel. Front desk staff were very helpful. Cleaning staff were underwhelming. Glasses in the room had lip prints on them, I stayed for 9 days and only once did they make the bed. They basically exchanged towels with me at the door of my room. I cleaned my own room during my stay."

"Dashwood Manor is clean and quiet. It's in an ideal location between the beach and Seaside and the lively Cook Street village. Walking trails are easily accessible to incredible views. The breakfast served was delicious and the staff was welcoming. I wish my stay was longer. "
