"We had to wait for our room to be ready despite our arrival after 3pm. However, good great parking and good breakfast."

"The staff were very helpful when we decided to change hotels but I was shocked that the room rate jumped more than $50 a night. Then we were charged $7 a day to park in THEIR lot. When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial."

"The evening shift staff as we checked in was very stand off ish and not helpful at all. However the morning staff was much more friendly as we checked out. The body wash was empty and there were some stains on the sheets. Overall the vibe of the hotel was cool however I would not stay there again."

"This is a nice, vintage motel. It is well kept, our room was up to date and the property is quaint. Check in and out staff were friendly, the bartender was friendly and we appreciated the small food businesses in the courtyard. For being a downtown place next to a busy road, our room was very quiet. It was a little difficult to find electrical plugs for all the items we had, but its understandable considering the age of the place."

"Staff was great. Room was excellent. Layout was very friendly with the bathroom on one side opposite the bedroom. Liked having a TV in the bedroom as well to have on a different program. Good location as well. It was convenient to everything and the valet parking team was awesome. Didn't have to wait more than a minute for the vehicle,"

"I got a key for a room that was occupied. I walked in on a man already sleeping in the room. I've never has such a bad experience. Good luck finding parking, you have to drive around to find one and then walk to the hotel. Most inconvenient stay of my life, never again. There's other hotels, go anywhere but here!"
