"The rooms & halls were clean, the indoor/outdoor pool was unique and well maintained, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful! We requested connecting rooms in the initial reservation, and they honored our request. The breakfast staff (seemed to be just one lady) worked hard to keep things stocked, but it got quite busy several times and by our third morning, coffee & creamer & juice were running low. "I booked this hotel to better understand why it was rated so high. Now, I understand. Cleanliness of room/bathroom - impeccable. Hot breakfast - delicious. Staff - friendly with a customer-first mentality. Kickback snacks are WAAAYYY more than just snacks!! If you're a fan of the happy hour at Embassy Suites, Drury puts them to shame! This experience (along with kickback snacks) has caused my wife and I to leave Embassy for Drury. Kudos! You've just gained another customer and we travel A LOT!"

"On my second night someone entered my room after 10:00 and claimed they had put their belongings in the room earlier. No one answered at the desk when my husband called to find out how someone else had a card to get in our room. Upon checking out the next morning, we told the clerk what happened and she took our phone number for the manager to call us-no one ever did."

"The breakfast was your typical Best Western Breakfast. It was well stocked and the helper was so personable! We tried to use the pool at night. The water temperature was quite chilly but the water was also pretty murky. We chose not to use it."

"Nic, clean and comfortable. The staff were really nice. The room had some wear and tear-dead bolt was loose, missing electrical plate, loose toilet seat and a burnt out light bulb, but clean and comfortable (great mattresses)."

"Amenities was limited 9pm Amenities were shut down and also there were dogs in the hotel staff said they were animimal friendly which I disagree pitfalls in the building around families and small children, not recommended for a family visit, not everyone likes to be around dogs, the, are unpredictable, could bite someone, I most likely will not stay at a animal friendly place like Drury inns..."

"Early morning check out no one was at the desk. Informed security I was checking out and took the shuttle to airport. Check my credit card a few days later to see if they had released the hold on my card they haven’t. Called to find out why they didn’t check me out yet after 3 days. Couldn’t believe it. It’s not the first time I’ve had issues checking out at 4am."

"Clean beds, breakfast was okay. The room smelled of bleach and wet socks. The room was handicap accessible, so the water must have run into the carpet from the bathroom at some point causing an odor."
