"Meh. Fine for a one-night pit stop. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. Standard breakfast bar. The room had a musty smell, felt humid, and was a bit dated. It also didn't feel as clean as I'd hoped. Overall, it's an okay value if you just need a place to sleep for the night."

"This hotel is NOT what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn. While the hotel is located conveniently off the highway, the state of the hotel is below what you would expect from an average Hampton Inn. The hotel appears to be 'under construction', but yet I didn't see anyone working on construction for the three days that we were there. "If you like the feel of an era of a time gone by, you will not be disappointed. This place has been restored to spindler and makes the entire place easier to just relax. The staff on duty were attentive without being intrusive and we were able to be ourselves. I really hope we get a chance to return as I would really really enjoy a longer stay."

"When I got the room that I had booked (keep in mind, I booked non smoking) it smelled like someone had just got done smoking in there. I went up immediately to the front desk and mentioned this to the person, which was kind and explained that all are smoke free. But, I have a health condition where I cannot be around cigarette smoke, so she was kind enough to allow me to have a different room, which was better because it didn’t smell like smoke. "The inn looked very quaint on Expedia.com, but come to find out that the restaurant and bar next door are managed separately from the hotel. The manager of the restaurant/bar has nothing to do with the inn! Expedia did not show that this was self check in and that a code would be emailed to us! We stayed 2 nights, no staff on hand, no ice, the tv did not work and no one to call or go to to take care of these issues! There was no one to come in and make up the room!
