"Disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were a little unwelcoming and the service was not great. A beautiful location but this was let down by terrible parking, poor facilities and attention to detail that wasn’t there!!!! The spa was poor with an outlook to a wall!! The room was also disappointing with hair on my pillow and uncomfortable cheap pillows. I was very much looking forward to this stay but was very disappointed."

"I have been staying in Dartmouth working for the past 8 months and wish I found this place sooner. It is a lovely room with views and the couple are lovely and very welcoming. This place is better than all the hotels that I have stayed in. Would 100% recommend and happily stay in again."

"Recently cosmetically modernised. Well-equipped rooms. Oddly the windows were all double glazed and sealed - so no possibility of ventilation which is an issue on a sunny day."

"I called just to confirm that we would be able to go to the office to collect the keys on Sunday and that the office would definitely be open , even had an email confirming this but this was not the case - luckily for us someone in the office was able to call us to confirm the process that we had to take to collect the keys , just as well that we had a signal where we were on the time of the call !! "The property was in a great location for the town centre. The road is very narrow so be mindful of what size car you have, but we were fine. Only enough parking for one car, so had to park in the park and ride for the other car, but that was easy enough. House is fully equipped, very clean and comfortable and would definitely recommend."

"Overall, a love experience. The property was decievingly spacious, clean and filled with great entrainment facilities. An added benefit of a washer/dryer that makes that going back home experience better. Car parking permit included also. A great way to celebrate a significant ceremony in a stunning part of the country. Would highly recommend and stay again when in the area. "
