"Hotel was centrally located near the Kanawa Bus Station/Hells Pools/food steam restaurant. 10min walk from the bus station. The hotel was clean & has an onsen! Tatami rooms w/a kitchen, tiny bathroom (ship size). It is an older hotel, but it was perfect for us. The young man running the hotel was so nice and pleasant. We had a slight translation issue but used our google translate. Perfect area and close to the main sights. 20 min to JR Beppu station by bus from the Kanawa Bus Station. We...

"Kunisakiso Ryocan was lovely. We ended our trip in Kyushu here, and it was very relaxing. We get to book a private bath, and the family bath is a first come first serve, so we split that between my dughter and I in the family bath whie my husband took the private bath - no bathing suits allowed. They also have a huge public bath, but my daughter would not have anything to do with that. After a few very heck days, our two night stay was a much needed rest. "新しい施設でお部屋も隣接のスパ施設も綺麗で快適でした。スタッフの方も親切に対応してくれ、アメニティも充実していました。 お部屋の目の前が海なので景色が良く、部屋の中でも波の音が聞こえます。交通量の多い道路にも面しているので人によっては車の音が気になってしまうかもしれませんが、個人的には問題なく、公園内のショップも含め楽しめました。 "
